 One can actually feel the speed of the race and the fluttering flags above signify the excitement prevailing at the boat race. Here the artist has justified living up to the spirit in every aspect. A group of cheering people with their bent body language give more impression of increased interest in conducting the event. Sisley has given a beautiful reflection of the flags above in the water. Further, since the water is moving and the flags too, the reflection is very well justified. A lively atmosphere prevails inside the water and also on the shore.
